Does the 50% coupon apply to all plans? +
Yes — the coupon applies to Monthly, Yearly and Lifetime plans equally. The coupon is auto-generated every 5 days, so there is always a current offer available. The discounted price shown on this page is what you pay at checkout.
What happens after the 3-day free trial? +
After 3 days, you will see a banner prompting you to upgrade. Your data is safe — nothing is deleted. Once you choose a plan and pay, access resumes immediately. You can also use the coupon code during the trial to lock in the 50% discount before it expires.
Can I use it on my mobile phone? +
Yes — TechnoLab TMS is a Progressive Web App. Open it in Chrome on Android (or Safari on iPhone), tap "Add to Home Screen", and it installs as a native-feeling app with your icon. No App Store download required. It works on any device with a browser.
Is my data safe? Can other institutes see my students? +
Completely isolated. Every institute gets its own private database partition. It is technically impossible for your data to be visible to another institute — this is enforced at the server level on every request, not just the UI. Data is hosted on Cloudflare's secure global infrastructure.
How many students and staff can I add? +
There is no hard limit on students, batches, or courses. Staff logins depend on your plan. All plans include at least 5 staff accounts. If you need more, contact support and we will work something out.
Can I use my own domain (e.g. tms.myinstitute.com)? +
Yes — custom domain setup is supported on Yearly and Lifetime plans. We guide you through the DNS configuration. It takes about 30 minutes and costs nothing extra beyond your own domain registration fee.
Does it work without internet? +
The app shell loads instantly from cache (thanks to the service worker), so the interface opens even offline. However, saving new data — admissions, payments, attendance — requires an active internet connection as it writes to the cloud database.
